1. Service Description

Abu Dhabi Evening Desert Safari operates certified 4x4 desert safaris, private charters, and quad biking activities with licensed desert marshals and verified desert camp partners.

2. Fixed-Pricing Guarantee

All quotes issued by us are transparent, final, and all-inclusive.

• Included in Quote: Fuel, highway tolls, airport parking fees, driver meals/lodging, and passenger liability insurance.
• Not Included: Additional detours, optional scenic route deviations not specified at the time of booking, or multi-day wait times unless explicitly requested.

3. Flight Delays & Waiting Time

We track all inbound flights using the flight numbers supplied during your booking.

• Your driver will adjust their pickup time automatically based on your flight's actual landing time.
• We include 60 minutes of free waiting time at the arrivals terminal from the time your flight lands. This allows ample time for immigration, visa handling, baggage claim, and custom clearances.
• If you experience extreme delays inside the terminal, please notify us using your booking email or WhatsApp so we can coordinate with your driver.

4. Cancellation & Modification Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your transfer booking at no charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.
• Modifications: Date, time, and location modifications can be requested up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your trip, a late cancellation fee may apply to cover the driver's logistics and loss of booking.

5. Passenger Luggage & Capacity Limits

It is the passenger's responsibility to select a vehicle size that safely accommodates all travelers and luggage.

• Sedans: Recommended for up to 3 passengers with 2–3 standard bags.
• SUVs: Compact SUVs seat up to 3 passengers; large SUVs seat up to 7, with 3–4 standard bags.
• Vans: Recommended for up to 6 passengers with full luggage.
• If you are carrying oversized baggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, bike cases), you must note this in the comments so we can assign an appropriate vehicle.

6. Safety & Law

All passengers are required to wear seat belts in vehicles where they are equipped. The driver has the right to refuse service to any passenger who is unruly, abusive, or exhibits behavior that endangers the safe operation of the vehicle.
